I have mentioned a couple of times that I am working on a new book.
I am pleased to announce I have a title for it: Introduction To the Cosmos.
Update: The book has bee published!
The title is inspired by people like Carl Sagan and Stephen Hawking, who have been big influences in my life.
It has been a difficult journey writing this book but I have managed to make progress: I have finished writing about 80% of the book and am now working on the remaining 20% and the figures. There are lots of figures and photos in this book so that is going to take a lot of effort.
I plan to make this book similar to Remote Astrophotography Using Slooh.com – I plan to release it and will provide periodic updates. The initial version might have some rough edges but those will improve over time.
Oh, and another great feature of this new book, it will be free too!
My goal is to reach as many people as possible and the way to do that is to make the book free.
