This is the moon as it appeared during the May 15/16, 2022 lunar eclipse:

The moon was a very dark red, likely due to all of the ash expelled by the Tonga volcano eruption on January 15, 2022.

This image is from a premium image set by iTelescope.net. I processed this image using Photoshop and other tools – it is made up of a three-panel mosaic assembled into the final image.
