Working on a new book

Update: The book is now complete – Introduction To The Cosmos!

I’m working on a new book about astronomy!

This book is about 2/3 complete and is about the study of astronomy. I cover all sorts of topics including history, different types of telescopes, and I discuss in detail all of the objects you can observe in the sky.

You’ll gain an understanding of star formation, how our Sun works, how galaxies are created, you’ll understand nebulae, and gain an understanding of things like comets and asteroids.

The book is filled with lots of diagrams and photos taken using various remote telescopes.

I also discuss taking your own images using Slooh.com and iTelescope.net – both services are easy to use and you can get started with them quickly.

I don’t have a title for the book yet, but I’ll update you on the progress I make. You can get updates from my newsletter that you can subscribe to using this link.
